Interim Manager Bulk Transport Scheduling Benelux, Change Manager Linde Industrial Gas Benelux
Linde Industrial Gas produceert en levert gecomprimeerde en vloeibare gassen aan klanten in de Food Industry, Energy, Hospitals, Steel Production, Green Houses, Maak Industry, Chemie, Health Care, Water Production en zuivel industrie. Naast levering in cilinders en via pijpleiding is levering via Bulk trucks cruciaal. In de Benelux worden met 50 Bulk Tank trucks Liquid Nitrogen, Oxygen and Argon en compressed CO2 in een 247 Operatie geleverd. De 9 planners in de centrale planningsafdeling in de Botlek borgden via Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), vaste afspraken en Spot Jobs de levering aan klanten.
Als Interim Manager verantwoordelijk voor Planning en Transport Management en Project RES North (transitie Cross border delivery) begeleid. Processen en procedures afstemmen, software planning tools synchroniseren, data integriteit, klant communicatie en informatie borgen. Na afstemmen met stakeholders als Directie, HR, OR en medewerkers een go Scheduling Center verhuisd van Rotterdam Botlek naar centrale planning Augsburg Duitsland. Samen met het Projectteam, de planningsafdelingen en HR support het project on time en binnen de grenzen opgeleverd en alle doelen behaald.

“Eduard and I came together to jointly manage an integration project bringing together separate operatons from two different Countries and combining under one integrated supply chain and scheduling umbrella.
