Interim Supply Chain Manager Maltha Glass (Renewi)
Interim vervanging van de SCM Manager en daarbij verbeteringen in de SupplyChain organisatie aangebracht om de SC af te stemmen op de nieuwe koers. Change van not fully in control (surpises) naar in control (leading), S&OP geïntroduceerd, forecasting en afstemming tussen de verschillende plants geoptimaliseerd. Resultaat: SC KPI dashboard, cost control tools + aanpak production planning, yard management en SC taak verdeling.
